Wellbeing for your

Whether you are concerned with wellbeing in the workplace or in an organisation working with young people, knowledge of how the brain works in relation to stress and how to manage it can help those in your care to improve their wellbeing and in turn their performance. I provide workplace and organisational support for anxiety, stress and depression. I also focus on helping people to understand how to sleep better. Good sleep can contribute to better workplace and academic performance.

Deloitte research makes a positive case for employers investing in mental health, with an average return of £5 for every £1 spent.
