Wellbeing support in the workplace

I run workplace talks for groups on sleep, understanding stress and managing anxiety. I specialise in solution focused therapy which focuses on a forward-looking approach to find positive ways of solving issues.

In these workshops, I help people to understand how the brain works in relation to stress, how anxiety is created and what we can do about it. I also explain how good sleep is essential for mental health and provide a variety of strategies for improving sleep.

My workshops emphasise the importance of positive thinking as well as building resilience and capacity to deal with stress. They can serve to help teams and individuals to understand the impact of stress and how to deal with it more successfully

All humans suffer from stress, this can affect work performance and relationships resulting in poor performance and time off work. Poor sleep is also often a consequence of stress and anxiety. Top athletes and other high performers are increasingly turning to support from therapists to help them perform at their peak.
