Good sleep is essential for mental health. Hypnotherapy can help with many sleep problems such as:

I work with clients suffering from insomnia to help them improve their sleep patterns. I do this by helping them understand why they may be having problems sleeping and help them to reduce anxiety and stress to wake up refreshed - free from stress and anxiety.

After an initial consultation, most people need 8-12 sessions. There will also be a recording to listen to before sleeping at night.
