Stop Smoking

Smokers know that smoking is bad for their health. However, this knowledge rarely helps them to give up smoking. Why is that?

 

If we want to be successful in giving up smoking then we have to understand how habits are formed and how we can change those habits. It is said that smoking is 10% physical addiction but 90% psychological.  Most smokers can go without smoking for considerable amounts of time if they have to; for example, when they are on a long flight, in a meeting or at the cinema.

 

Understanding how the brain works can help us to get rid of addictions such as smoking or vaping. I know, because I was a dedicated smoker for many years myself. I am non-judgemental and caring in my approach to helping you and will help support you in your commitment to give up smoking permanently and happily.
