Who is hypnotherapy for?
I work with people from all walks of life and ages, including teenagers and young adults. Hypnotherapy works well for sleep, anxiety, IBS and changing habits as well as many other conditions.

What do you need to do?

You won’t need to talk about any unpleasant experiences of memories. We will focus on helping you learn and experience techniques that are helpful to you. Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy. This means that it can be used alongside any other treatments/medications you may already be using or want to use while seeing me.
​
It also works much faster than many other forms of talking therapy. You don't need to spend years in therapy-many people only need between 6-8 sessions.

I work with clients suffering from insomnia to help them improve their sleep patterns. I do this by helping them understand why they may be having problems sleeping and then tackling those issues to help them wake up refreshed - free from stress and anxiety. I use a mixture of CBT-i and hypnotherapy to help you sleep better.

Most people need 6-8 sessions. A more accurate indication of number of sessions can be given after the initial consultation and assessment.
